Anyone do this? Looking at kegging a wheat beer with a liqueur. When I normally pour a bottled beer, I add 1oz of liqueur so would I use the same formula if I poured it into the keg? Ounces of beer/ by 12 then add that many ounces of liqueur. Thanks.

Well, you have my interest.
Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but I am interested in what kinds of liqueurs you add and what kinds of beers you add them to.

Add to taste. Add a quarter of the bottle (for a 5g keg), close it up and charge it. Want more? Open and add more! That's the beauty of kegging!

I have added Grand Marnier to a few beers before, and has always come out nice. I have added cognac or whiskey to stouts before numerous times. Doesn't take a lot to have an impact...

I added about 2/3 bottle of red wine to a Belgian Dark Strong Ale that I brewed that was 'missing something.' Simply put the wine into the keg, sealed it up and turned on the gas.

It definitely improved that particular beer. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again if circumstances call for it.

I've done Berliner Weisses and added melon liqueur, razzmataz liqueur, peach schnapps, and apple moonshine. Thought of doing the razzmataz in the keg but after further thought, why pin yourself to 1 flavor when I can have a handful is I just keg the beer alone.
