If I were to buy an old fridge like this one below for example.

Can I modify this to be used for fermentation temperature control and for a kegerator? I'm not thinking at the same time, but can old fridges like this be modified with temperature controllers?

Thats awesome thanks.

Does this deal seem ok? I can get it for $175.

I'm going with 2.5 gallon kegs so should be a good place to start and I'm thinking I can always modify it further.

If you are DIY kind of person, you can do what I am doing.

I have a side by side that will be used for both serving and fermentation.

I have 2 stc 1000 controllers, one controls the freezer side, and the other controls a fan that will port the cold air over to the fermentation chamber side as needed.

Or you can use an Inkbird 310T Dual Temp Control. They are available from amazon.
