Hi. I was wondering if I could do both in this fridge? I figure I could fit two kegs in the back along with the co2 tank and fit 2 5 gallon carboys in the front. Stupid question but is this setup possible for having the same temperature or am I going to need the kegs to be colder?

Anyone having a similar build care to show me theirs for ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You'll want your kegs colder. Unless you really want to build out where you have a partion that has another source of cold air blowing in to the keg area. That would probably be the only way to have kegs and fermetaion in one fridge.

Thanks for the responses guys. I guess I'm anxious to get into kegging but I think I'll use the fridge as a fermenter then as controlling temps for that seems more important right now. I'll be on the look for a cheap freezer to do the kegerator buid. I only paid $20 for this fridge and it works fine.

Good for you, paying attention to your Fermentation temps !! Your yeast will reward you!

Seems like lots of folks just push their carboys/buckets into a corner of a closet and assume it will all be good.
