I got the Edgestar 2 tap coming on Thursday. Any tips for a newbie?

Can I use Easy Clean to clean the kegs and Starsan to sanitize?

That would be ok. Oxyclean free will be your friend. It's cheaper than Easy Clean and works well to clean out your equipment. Starsan is right on for sanitizing.

One tip I have is: plan your pipeline out and don't let it get behind. There's nothing worse than looking over at your taps and knowing they runneth dry. I always keep an easy drinking/easy to brew PA or brown on one tap and the other will have something seasonal or fun and adventurous.
