Keg too full?

Once I sealed the corny and put it under pressure I heard bubbles and realized the level of the beer had reached the bottom of the co2 dip tube.

Should I pull some lquid out to create more head space or leave it?
Keg is at room temp 68-70 and set at 10psi currently.

As long as you have a check valve in your CO2 line you should be okay. I would leave it.

You should put it in your kegerator and pressurize it at a cooler temp. Works better and you can use a lower PSI like you're doing.

If you have check valves, you may be ok. I'd be inclined to take a turkey baster and lower the level of the beer to below the diptube. If the beer flows back into the regulator, it'll ruin it. That's a $60 mistake, and I wouldn't chance it.

I figure I'll just use the picnic tap to draw the level below the dip tube.

Good plan - and that's about all I use my picnic tap for these days. Very handy to have around, though...
