I've got a ton of AIH kegs and wanted to stack while they were hooked up with disconnects. So first I got some 1/2" MDF laser cut in the right shapes (thanks, Pololu laser cutting service):
These fit together snugly; I thought I would need glue but none is necessary:
And the kegs go together with just enough room to plug in or unplug a disconnect:
It's about $15 for one piece of each shape when you buy a few. I'm happy to share the .dxf files for cutting or the Autodesk Inventor .ipt files.
