Hi all. This is probably a silly question but I am sorting out possibilities for kegging my beer:

I soon will have a spare full sized fridge. I was thinking I could put two kegs in it (with the shelves removed I have space) but realized I would need to have a CO2 tank in there also to serve one or the other... right? Or do you put one in the fridge + a CO2 tank and swap it out with another keg when it is done? Or do you have to do something special - as in retrofit the fridge to be a kegerator?

As you can see I have not a clue so I figured i'd post some questions to point me in the right direction!

I am considering this to go in my spare fridge.

My full sized fridge holds 6 kegs, or 5+ a CO2 bottle. I used to have 5 kegs + CO2 inside the fridge, but getting at the CO2 was a PITA behind those kegs, so I drilled a hole in the wall of the fridge and now my CO2 is outside the fridge, 5 kegs inside the fridge...

I got along with picnic taps, (what you have pictured) in the fridge for many months before just last weekend swapping out to use Perlicks.

Fridge with picnic taps before I got my Perlicks, you can see the CO2 lines coming in at the top right corner of the inside of the fridge:
