I kegged 4 beers recently. A barleywine, Tripel, Tripel/IPA, and belgian porter. I procured a 12 tap brass tower on craigslist and polished it up. I'm having some foam issues. I want to carb at i think 12 psi for the tripel and tripel/IPA but the beer shoots out so damn fast. I don't mind storing at 12 psi then purging and pouring at 8 psi but i don't want to lose the hop aroma in the tripel/ipa. I use about 4 ft of tube from keg to tap. If i legnthen this tubing will i get less foam? The beer just comes out too fast right now but if i lower down the CO2 i don't get that desired carb level. HELP!!!!:rockin:
