So I'm converting 2 Sanke kegs to a boil kettle and HLT. After cutting off the tops with an angle grinder and grinding down some of the deadly metal shards, I'm still left with what could be a rather damage causing sharp edge all the way around. What can I do to round off those edges so they aren't so sharp?
 
I used a belt sander with a course grit. I also put a few gallons of water in it to keep it from moving around. Any of the above options should work for you though.
