keep or toss barley?

i found some old barley that that i forgot iv had its about 2 years old. stored in plastic sandwich baggies

muntons roasted barley
muntons chocolate barley
muntons black patent

about 1/2 pound each

do you guys think that this would be ok to keep or should i toss it into compost?

Give it the sniff test. You will soon know if it is soured. I think it will be fine.

On another note, do you know for sure how long your newest grain purchase sat in a bin? On the shelf? Just how fresh is it?
