You might want to get your temp probe closer to the lower kettle though.

I do have one in the boil kettle. I just move the plug depending on mash or boil.

It you are heating wort in the boil kettle during mashing then the probe should in the boil kettle during mashing too. The location you have it in the picture is not really too far from the kettle but having it closer to the kettle would give you tighter control of temperature.

I see what you're sayin! Makes sense! I'm still testing this new system but everything I've seen so far is very promising regarding temps!
