turned out awesome... could not have done it with out all the info on this site thanks guys... did an otter creek pale ale clone...
 
How long did you let it age? It will only get better if it is still young. Good to hear that you made the change to ag; time to fire up another batch!:mug:
 
it aged bout two weeks.... ya i know just cause it is ag does not mean it is good... but it is so ... i will try to snap some shots of it... it has a little hazy
 
my first AG weren't very good at all.
i did a pale ale that was my 6th batch. drank it recently, it had been in the fridge for a month or two. in all it aged probably 6months. it was way better than when it was a month or two old. the hop profile settled down and was more complex and the beer as a whole was more balanced. from now i'm going to let most of my beers age.
