It is a AHS lawnmower lager, 3 weeks in the primary, than kegged , 30 psi for 30 hours and then 12psi for 12 hours. It was flavorful but pretty harsh and full of floaties. The question is can i pull it from the cooler and let it condition at basement temps (68 deg) for a couple weeks. I figure i should leave the pressure and just disconnect it from the hoses,is this ok?
