...it was delicious It was a AHS black ale. I've brewed around 20ish extract kits and decided to try a new method, i really enjoyed it. Thanks to the whole bunch of yous who post useful information that made this beer possible.

here is a pic from my brew day:
Nothing fancy but it worked!!! Used the kettle to heat the liquor for the mash and sparge and collected in the bucket (actually two buckets) and returned to the kettle for boiling. The little bucket was used for vorlof. The blue cooler was just to used as a table.
