Brewing my first hazy/juicy IPA and it's been in the fermenter for a week and all my hop additions are finished. I took a hydro reading today and it was 1.010-1.011.
Most things I read said min of 2 weeks in fermenter before bottling but I feel like this would pretty much be right at my expexted FG. Am I good to bottle now?

Batch had the following:
-400g crystal 30
- 200g flaked barley
-200g flaked oats
-3.6kg (6.6lbs) pale malt extract (LME)
- using Mangrove Jack's West Coast Ale Yeast (M44)
-about 5.5 gallons total volume
