Joining in from Minnesota

I’ve been using this website as a resource for a while now and thought I might as well join in. I’ve been brewing beers on and off for about 6 years, but until this year it has always been at friends’ houses and I was more of their helper/student. I’ve now got more space, time, and equipment of my own and have been brewing without assistance since spring. At this point I’m experimenting with extract recipes and have had some very nice success, but I’ll almost certainly be diving into BIAB since I already have a setup that should work well for it.

Welcome to HBT from another twin cities member! As I'm sure you already know it is a great forum and the members are awesome! I made the switch to BIAB just this past January and love it...cheers!

Got some good beer coming out of MN. I really like that little brewery flat earth. Last I spoke with the brewer they are moving into the old Hamms brewery. Cool stuff happening in MN.
