Johnson A419 Temp Controller runs only once?

Hello, per the title, I have a cooler with a Johnson Controls A419. It runs fine the first time I plug the cooler in, getting the cooler down to 37 degrees, but after that, it just sits and lets the temperature climb back up in the cooler. The ASD it set to 5 minutes, the DIF is set to 5 degrees... but the cooler never kicks back on until I unplug it and plug it back in.

Any ideas? Thanks!
