Yeah, that's his name. I actually chose the name before I knew it was a 'real' name, but the name shows up as having several a couple of origins based on the spelling. The spelling we chose was one of the two gaelic spellings. The other gaelic spelling is Gaehren (with that funny combonation AE letter).

It also shows up as a French name, IIRC.

Regardless of the origin, the meaning was consistant; Guardian.

I think it's a great name for the eldest child in the house.
