Every time i come here i get a new idea on what could make my homebrew better. ( keep in mind batch # 3 is conditioning at the moment) Anyway im already sold on going all grain. and putting my beer in kegs is looking more and more appealing.

Keep up the good work guys with all the interesting post around here your gonna run me into the ground wanting to go to the next step. :ban:

Keep in mind this post was all in good fun.

Happy brewing everyone, keep it up.

Its too late.. once you think you must quit you realize that there is no way out. You decide that your current batch is your last one? Well what better way to celebrate your escape then by trying that IPA recipie you were looking at?

It never ends!!! ::insert evil laugh and evil finger pyrimid gesture here::

Yes, this place is definitely fuel for the fire. I'm always planning ahead two or three brews at a time now. Very addictive.

as well new to brewing but very addicted, brewed 5 batches in less then a month onther to start today, from 1 fermentor to 4 total, org started with one step now have seconds, 11 cases of bottles, just ordered a keg set up, and looking at going all grain as well, and growing my own hops this summer

I bet my wife is happy she bought me a home brew starter kit for xmas

other hand she stated that we should clean out one of our guest rooms and make a bar! sometimes she impresses me, ohhh just talking about the possibilities brings a tear to me eye

My only regret is that I didn't know how to brew as good as I do now, when I first started some 30 years or so ago. It's amazing how much knowledge one can gleen from a mass of circuits and wires.
In the space of a couple of years I went to kegging and then into AG. This hobby/obsession has made me happy.

No kidding. The internet(Thanks Al Gore) and this site in particular have brought me to some of the finest brews I have ever produced. Gaining knowledge from such a diversified source has increased my love for brewing ten fold. I can't remember the last time I went to the library in search of "how to" books.
