Beersmith has a calculator (I don't have it with me now) to help you adjust your IBUs. But 6 years is a bit much, especially for a low hop like Hallertau.
 
Looks like Lambic it is. Now i have to figure what a Lambic is.:)

After a little research.....that looks like a pain in the ass! And a 6-9 month wait? I'm a little too impatient for that. Maybe I'll just throw them in a batch as a dry hop & if I get any aroma out of them, it's a bonus. Thanks for the suggestions though.
