ITC-1000 issue

I have had an ITC-1000 temp controller functioning perfectly on my freezer for a little over a year. Lately I have just had the freezer storing bottled beer. All of a sudden both outlets on the box are powered and the heat and cool are fighting each other. Is there a way to reset the Controller or is it toast.
Please help.
