For the past 5 or 6 weeks, I've been not brewing. Normally, I would brew every week.

Three weeks ago I tried to brew but ended up with my first stuck sparge. I started in a bad mood which was proably part of the cause, but I wasn't in the mood to salvage that brew so I don't count it. I ended up collecting a MASSIVE bottle of starter wort though. :)

Anyway, I was afraid this week would be another non-brewing day because my in-laws are in from California. Anyway, tonight I was asked for a demonstration of the brew process so I actually get to brew! Not only that, by my wife if tossing out terms like "vourlauf" and explaining to the MIL what's happening during a mash. Rock on SWMBO! :rockin:
