I've recently made starters for three WL brett strains (lambicus, brux trois, & clauss). My mission is to both make a brett blend, but also keep pure strains cultured out for later use. Both the clauss and brux had clear signs of fermentation within 24hrs, but the lambicus looks dead to me. Only chunky pellets of yeast/trub-like material. From the other posts, this doesn't appear to be normal. Should I contact Northern Brewer and ask for a new vial, or wait another week and see if it gets cranking?
