I'm just starting to play with AG recipes and work on my own. My idea for this is to be a Island type Red Ale. I want it to have Red Ale characteristics but be a bit fruity / spicey if that makes sense. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I would use magnum as you earlier bittering hop, as it doesn't do much for flavor/aroma.
And you EKG could be a 20 min addition. I personally don't see the point in ever adding hops between 59 min and 20 min end of boil. Use them for bittering, or late enough that hops oils won't be boiled away to the point that they will still contribute a good amount flavor.
This looks like a good recipe. I like the idea of a Belgian red with some mosaic.
You must have a big mash tun, and it look like your mash will be extremely thick... I'd look into that

Magnum is a bittering hop, I would move it to 60 mins and modify the amount to achieve the desired IBUs. I would also remove the 45 min addition. Focus the hop additions on last 10 mins of the boil to help get the fruity/spicy flavors and aromas of the hops. Select fruity/citrus hops.

@TastyAdventure - Thanks for the heads up. I changed the hop times around. I use a 10g mash tun. On second glance, I might need to tone down the grain quantity a bit..

@jtdrowns - Thanks as well. Any suggestions on the hop changes?

That's what I use, 10 gal mash tun. I max it out every time I brew with 1.25 qt/lb, 23.5 lbs, comes out to ~7.5 gal strike water, regardless of my desired OG. What I do adjust is my final batch volume. With my efficiency, if I want a 1.055 OG beer, I can brew 11 gallons. If I want 1.074, I can brew about 7.6 gallons with that mash tun capacity and specs.
