Is this spice or infection?

Hey I am new to this does this look like an infection to you? I racked this into the secondary and added a. Bunch of spice. I am not sure if this is spice or infection floating. Help

It's probably spice. It could also be yeast and trub kicked up from when you racked. Definitely not infected. Congrats on your sanitary procedure while racking.
