Is this right?

OK... I just racked my first gallon jug of wine to the secondary and it has an off rubbery taste. Heck, the stuff tastes like drinking turpentine.

My question is this... it has been 10 days. What kind of flavor should a wine have after that long? I grant that I used concentrate (just to see what it would be like), but any thoughts? I did only 'cause I have read a lot of other people using concentrate who like it, so I was wondering what it should be like after this long...

Sounds like you have a major bacterial infection from this and your other posts. (not you specifically, but your brewing area).
