so i have some left over belgian pale ale malt (roughly 7 pounds) and some hallertau, nugget, and saaz hops...is that enough grain to make a decent beer? i ordered some belgian golden ale yeast from white labs (don't know if this is even a compatible yeast for what im trying to do)..i was just gonna wing it and try to make something good. i was thinking .5 oz nugget at start, .5 oz hallertau at 30 min and .5 oz saaz at last few minutes...what kind of beer is this going to make? any reccomendations for a different hop schedule? (sorry if this is a stupid question i'm a super newb this will be my 3rd batch)
