Is this possible?

I have a 3 tap setup for my bar. It was a single tower to start with and I added to additional taps. I have 2 taps setup with corny ball lock disconnects but the 3rd one came with a nut at the end of the pipe. My thought is that it can screw into a sanke coupler. Is it possible to set up this 3rd tap to take either cornies or sanke kegs. I think a long time ago, I saw a corny keg connector that had the same sizing for the liquid connector on a sanke?
