I'm assuming that's just yeast flakes on top but I'm paranoid.

Only started 8 days ago. Will dry hop on Thursday. Probably bottle Sunday.
 
Google pellicle. That will be one of the few things you will see in a fermentor that is bad. What you have does not look like that, just looks like normal yeast activity.
 
I need to see a different angle. I see some yeast rafts, but it also appears to have a green hue to it.
It looks kinda like a green mold to me, but I will not commit to that unless I see it from a different perspective.
