I brewed a summer wheat with WLP 300 12 days ago. The recipe called for an OG of 1.049 and I hit 1.046. Ive checked it since and the krausen has fallen but the gravity seems like it may be a little too high at 1.014. Anyone know if this may be a little too high as IM pretty damn sure fermentation has stopped. These yeasties blew the top across the room on my ale pail <12 hours after pitching.

the standard response here is:

do hydrometer readings over several days and look for any changes to your readings....if you get the same hydro readings over a 3 or 4 day span your done

The real question here is: what apparatus did you use to clean the wort off the ceiling and walls?
