Looks like a ring of krausen around the outside and yeast rafts in the middle.

The real answer is to wait until maybe 10 days - 2 weeks after you pitched the yeast, then taste a small sample. If it tastes infected, you'll know.
 
The picture is a bit distorted by the carboy, but that looks perfectly fine to me - just some yeast rafts and maybe some spent hop pellets.
