Looks like yeast to me. Can you take a closer pic and maybe one from the side?
When did you pitch?
 
Did you measure gravity before pitching?
If so, have you taken a second reading and is there a difference?
 
Looks like a bit of remaining krausen and co2 bubbles. Gravity reading seem good. I'd say you have nothing to worry about. Don't open it up and introduce oxygen. You want to keep oxygen out as best/much as possible post fermentation.
