Hey guys,
So I cultured some yeast from three bells bottles: 2 amber ales and 1 two hearted. I am planning on using this starter to brew a 5 gallon bells oberon clone. So is this enough yeast for the the job, or do I need to step it up? and also I'm assuming that I decant the liquid before pitching, is that right?
