I haven't bought it yet. I'll probably be brewing next weekend. The place I'm buying from is giving me an alpha of 5-7%, whatever that means. They are pretty helpful so I figured I would just ask them when I got there how much to add for the required AAUs.

The alpha acid units of the hops are the AAU's but you need to determine the weight to get IBU of bittering units. Your recipe calls for 35-40 IBU's. I don't think 1 ounce is quite enough.

For all that aroma goodness. You won;t get any bitterness from dry hopping, but your beer will smell soooo good.
