I'm brewing on Saturday and made a starter using WLP300 and a cup of light DME. After the boil, I stuck it in the freezer and brought it down to ~92F, then for some reason just took it out, put in growler, aerated and pitched. Did I ruin this by aerating and pitching too high?

Your up there in heat. If it takes, it just might be a slow start due to the heat. Your probably ok though. Yeast is pretty hardy. Next time, put it in an ice bath in your sink and swirl it around. This gets the temp down for me really fast and gets that cold directly onto the vessel your using. Usually I can go from boiling to pitching in about 5+/- min.

Checked in this morning and the krausen was almost to the top of the growler! Looks like the heat didn't do much damage as there was no lag. I'll just be more careful next time anyways.
