My first time brewing Kombucha. I purchased starter tea and fresh SCOBY locally. it's been 8 days and my kombucha has formed a SCOBY on top, the tea has reached the state where the balance between sweet and tart is just perfect and to my liking. My concern is regarding the SSOCBY that's formed on top. Does it look healthy to you? It has white cotton-like fuzz which isn't powdery, is that normal?
