Hello, out of my last three homebrews two have bottles that are not totally clear and have tiny little bubble/specs on the side of the bottles. I have done some research and it looks like I have a bacteria, but I'm not sue. I have have one of the beers a cream ale(photo), but it taste fine. I would appreciate some expert advice. Also, all bottle were cleaned with either onestep or PBW and all were sanitized with starsan. Thanks

Wow. That makes me feel better. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks again

You'd have to describe your post-fermentation process to get any ideas, but if you cold crashed the beer before bottling it would cut down the yeast load.

Did you happen to put the bottles somewhere cool right after you capped them? I think that can cause yeast to stick to the sides instead of drift to the bottom.

Cheers!

Whats climbing up the inside of my pale ale? :drunk:
This is definitely over carbed, just trying to save it by releasing the gas and recapping. This is on about half the bottles. Still tastes delicious.

Just looks like yeast to me.

I saw the light on your fingers through the glass (without reading your post) and thought you had some weird stratification that looked really cool. I agree with the others in that it is probably sticky yeast and I would not worry about it unless your beer tastes off or smells sewagey.
