My White House Honey Ale is now 14 days in the fernemtor. I am using the calculator from Onebeer to calculate FG with a refractometer. It will convert Original/Final Brix to Final Gravity and ABV% (during and post fermentation) without the need to use a hydrometer.

These are my results according to the calculator. (OG 1.062, FG 1.016)

Should I bottle this or wait longer? I am not using a secondary.

The calculations below are what I got from the calculator.
Brix to Specific Gravity from
Original Brix: 15 = Specific Gravity: 1.0619952336987502

Corrected Final Gravity & ABV% by Brix
Enter Original Brix: 15 Enter Final Brix: 8.5

Final Gravity: 1.01646061975 Index of Refraction: 1.34556955159325
Alcohol By Weight%: 4.640336804126946 Alcohol By Volume%: 5.940452926664495

Thanks

If the SG is stable over several days you can bottle. But it never hurts to leave it for a little longer. I like to leave my beers in primary for three or four weeks before bottling.
