Is it the time to squeeze the grape and transfer it ?

Hello everybody

I made my wine frome fresh grape ( 13 litter )

I add ( 8 cup of suger )

Now i am in primary fermentation i punsh the cap everyday

The primary fermentation in ( 12th day )

Is it better to squeeze ( press ) the grape now and transfer it to secondary fermentation ?

I have no glass carboy i have just plastic one is it ok ?

I have no hydrometer

Please answer all my question

What about the suger

I add 8 cup of suger to 13 litter of grape wine is it good or too much ?

And ( if ) it is sweet how i fix it
