I tried my English bitter and mexican lager,
After a week and a half in bottles for Mexican lager stopped tasting funny/yeastie (almost earthy)
And now taste like a still flat light lager (hopeully will carb more!)

The english bitters that is in a keg is starting to lose the "earthy" taste as it seems to me, i seen the wording of green before and yeastie used for bitters.

These are my first to attempts at making lagers and bitters so I'm very happy with the results up to yet! :)
