local spot put out a case of the '13 (formerly) ropy saisons last week. Drinking amazing. Guess even some of the sick ones are starting to come around.

drank a 2013 (i think?) saison the other night. straight blue cheese. had a del rey a couple weeks ago and it was earthy and funky and did not at all taste infected. pretty tasty

Big hit at the tasting I brought it to on Saturday. Got some grapefruit off it myself.

Seriously regretting only buying the one bottle.

Opened one of my Ete's last week. Was carbed and thought it was great. I hope to try and sit on the other one for a while but not sure how long I can hold out.

I've opened three Ete, and each has been carbed considerably. Not as much as a bottle of Saison, but it hasn't been completely flat.

I've popped two that were totally flat but delicious. That's half of the fun of tomes, the suspense when opening the bottle wondering what carb levels/flavor profiles you'll get this time!

Absolutely, but know that storage conditions / Fantome's variability are going to be at play. It was very impressive though.

It's pretty great. I drank a bottle during a match of the Diables Rouges and I loved it.

Really liked it myself, bit too lemony if anything. Unsure of the variance, though. Shipped out a couple bottles as extras and felt pretty good about that

I enjoyed some at a bottle share. Tasted it blindly, but I was pleasantly surprised and amazed at how wonderful it is. Fantome beers have been good to me lately. Having a 2003 Pissenlit delivered in a few weeks so I'll probably drink it and see how it's turned out.

Sometimes I completely forget that etre isn't just for scumbag bottle shop owners to stock up on Cantillon and sell them for 500% markup
