Fantome is ******* BACK. Slightly undercarbed, but holy **** is this delicious. I'm so glad I don't have to trade for flavor of the month saisons now that I can just pick tomes up freely.

Saison last night was carbed just fine. Delicious all around. Lots of zesty citrus with a peppery nose. Yum!















I also highly recommend blending the last bit of your bottle with a little gueuze. Taking that sour up a notch works well with this batch.

This was my first ever tome and I was shocked. The amount of flavors from this beer was very impressive. Lavender, herbs, hay, anise, a bit of funk. Barely touched the cork and it almost took my eye out. 'Twas a gusher as well even with refrigeration ahead of time. 10/10 would definitely bang again.
