Haha not quite.. Sold out within about 30 minutes of hitting the shelf at this particular store. I just was lucky enough to grab 3 along with 2 bottles of pissenlit. Wouldn't be surprised if it is sitting on a shelf elsewhere though, half of the dipshits who are "into beer" here don't even know what fantome is. Which is definitely fine with me!

Coaxed an 1/8 of an inch of head after a fricken violent pour. Basically flat but taste is fantastic. Friend just cracked a bottle that was purchased at the same time and it was fully carbed. Go figure!

The La Gourmande I had a couple weeks ago was phenomenally well carbed. I don't mean a gusher, I mean it had a fantastic mouthfeel with great amount of carbonation without gushing. Moral of the story, just wait ten years on any bottles that might not be fully carbed yet and they should be good to go.

I drank a 2010 Noel last month. **** was so legit, no spice just a massive biere de garde execution.

Was there a certain shampoozy vintage of Pissenlit? I definitely get more shampoo from Brise Bons-Bons. Most delicious shampoo I ever drank.

Also a bottle shop here has some old Noel too but I have no idea from what year. When did the labels change to the new glossy ones? Wondering if that's a way to tell if I'm risking smoke buying one of these bottles.

Within in the past year I had a glossy shelton label pissenlit that was infact a smoke stack. It came to me via trade so im pretty sure it was from "that era" and was not a beer brewed within the past year since the issue was fixed.
