Dis is really nice right now and seems like it'll be turning into something even better in the next year+. I need more of this, is it possibly still on a shelf anywhere?
I gotcha boo

Didn't have a Noel on hand for Christmas,so cracked a Clos Preal b2. The pressure staring to push the cork off after uncapping, so hopped outside before she blew. Hardly lost any beer though - slight gush and some foam and all good.

Hazy gold, couple floaters. Lovely dried apricot aroma, slight strawberry taste with brisk bitterness. No tartness. And thankfully not a hint of smoky phenols that some reported with batch 2. Champagne dryness. Like an imperialized Saison. Almost 6 years old but feels like it could use another 5 years in the cellar. Worth revisiting if you haven't had one lately.

Excellent choice in glassware!

Latest batch of Noel. Sour wine notes with a spicy tea finish. 10% is well hidden. Cheers!

Haha, that's funny. My thought was the opposite. I like Noel when it's sort of a bitter quad that gets interesting in three years and I've always thought it was more consistent than the other seasonals.

Haha My reaction was mainly to the beer and the chope. Saw the post while at toronado last night after a ten hour work day. Thus, "yes!" was all I could muster up
