I just brewed up 11 gallons of BM's recipe just because I wanted it to brew an 11 gallon batch to see how it goes. The bottles are all carbed up now and taste good but it's more of a summer beer, I never feel like having one with all my other options. Does anyone know what this beer will taste like after 4 or 5 months in the bottle?

I still have a few bottles of this that I brewed at the end of last June. I had one a couple of days ago and it was still an enjoyable beer. It is not the same beer it was 4 months ago, but still quite good. Some of the hop aroma and flavor have gone. This is not something I would normally hold on to for so long, though. Why not give away to some friends that would drink it now?
