Hi guys,
Just got my USA IPA transferred to pressure barrel. It was a 20L brew but only 16L made it through to PB. So this means there's 16L of beer in my 23L PB. Is the headspace amount acceptable? FG was 1011 and I added 70g of priming sugar so I'm hoping there'll be enough secondary fermentation to create a good CO2 purge, and hopefully enough yeast in suspension to gobble up the oxygen. Does this sound ok to you all or will I have oxidation problems?
Cheers
