So I heard about Irish Moss really helping to clarify the beers that everyone makes so I got a bottle of it and I have to say I am not noticing anything different than before I started using it. I do cold crash before I rack to my keg. is that why I am not noticing a difference in the clarity of my beers? thoughts and inputs from everyone...

My opinion: unless you have poorly flocculating yeast or a fruit beer, you probably don't need clarifying agents.

If you're already cold-crashing, I don't think you'll see further clarification by adding Irish moss.

ok I was just seeing what some opinions were on this issue. I think that once it is gone I'm not going to get anymore.
