Quick question...I forgot to add some Irish Moss to my 10gal pale ale batch during boil. I usually leave my batches to age for a month on secondary to clarify, so...what do you think about if I boiled a cup of water and 2 tsp of Irish Moss and added to secondary for clarifying?

I wouldn't. I have forgotten it before and don't remember noticing it by the time the beer was done. The time you mentioned should do it.

Thanks. I generally have relatively clear beers from lagering them for a month, but not as clear as a filtered beer. I just thought that adding the IM to the secondary (like isenglass?) Would/st be a big deal. I have a ton of IM but just forgot to add it in on brew day. Would like a clearer final product...I like to see the under-side of the bubbles through my glass when I hold it up to the light...but didn't think it would hurt the final product.
