Irish moss Help!

i accidentally threw in two tablets of irish moss instead of one... would this ruin my beer???

Was it Whirlfloc? The answer is still no but if you're brewing 5g batches, you really only need half a tablet.

yea it was whirlfloc...i was worried it would have some effect on the taste of the beer

It won't, but start cutting those tablets in half and enjoy that you have twice the inventory you thought you had ;-)

I don't mean to highjack the thread, but I have been searching for the right amount of irish moss to use in a 5 gallon batch. Mine is not in tablet form. Teaspoon, tablespoon etc???? Thanks
