Anyone have issues using the Brulosphy method when doing an IPL? I'm thinking about tossing the dry hops in and letting it sit for an extra 5 days @ 32f while dry hoping. I'm just trying to avoid stirring up the yeast. I'll be using WLP800.

I'm thinking about adding gelatin just before dry hopping. Anyone see an issue there?

Thanks.

I have used his method to make lagers several times but never anything like this. I am interested to see your results.

Noting I have never done this here is my 2 cents.

1. I typically add the gelatin to the keg while its carbonating. So after the dry hop stage.

2. Read this article about dry hoping IPLs.
